Orders

All order information can be found by logging into your account and clicking ‘My Orders’.  If you haven’t set up an account yet, be sure to do so with the email you provided at checkout. Here is the link to log in or create an account : Account Log In.

You will get an automatic email* saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number. *We advise checking Junk/Spam emails just in case.

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order. We cannot apply discount codes to orders once they are placed.

Once you place an order for an item on pre-order, this will take the pre-order production period stated in the item description plus our usual delivery time. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled. Please note the expected delivery dates are only an estimate and may require additional time especially during high volume times.

We are able to make changes to your order, Please contact us within 1 hour of making your order. Please make sure your shipping address and item(s) are correct before submitting your order. Returned packages due to an inaccurate shipping address will be subject to a reshipping fee. Refunds are not provided for packages with an inaccurate shipping address. 

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us within an hour of placing your order in order for us to cancel your order successfully.

Materials

All of our jewellery is made with the following materials: Gold/Rhodium Plated Stainless Steel, Brass, Sterling Silver and Alloy. Our jewellery is nickel and lead free.
 
All materials used for each design are listed under the description section of the product's page.

*Please Note: Every person's skin produces their own unique natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you and your skin may have to our products.

Unless the item states that it is Tarnish-free, we advise to not wear your jewellery in water so it can maintain its quality and shine. Read more on how you should take care of your jewellery here.

Returns/Exchanges

You can return/exchange your item upon 7 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to help@lijolondon.co.uk for more information on how to process a return.

Our pieces can be returned if it is in unused condition. In the original packaging with all the tags intact. The following items cannot be returned: Earrings/Body Jewellery/Custom/Personalised Items/Gift Cards are all Final Sale Items.

Please note, we can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to us and you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.

If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time. Royal Mail/DHL will automatically send your package back to us. We are under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect. Should your package get sent back to us, a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping costs and a 15% processing fee. 

It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected within the necessary time frame.

Brexit Information

We will be increasing the price of our pieces and shipping costs from the 1st of January 2021. This action is due to the effects of Brexit. Unfortunately, as a small business this is beyond our control as all supplies and material costs also increase. We will continue to monitor our prices and we will amend them continuously to ensure that you are given the best possible price at all times. Thank you so much for the continued love and support of our brand.

Commercial items/goods (excluding personal correspondence) sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country. ‏‏‎Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee. The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.

We’ve put several measures in place to avoid any impact on delivery times, and we’ll communicate any unexpected delays as soon as possible. We’re always reviewing our propositions to make sure we’re offering the best services. Please note, delays may be out of our control due to COVID-19.
